SHIPPING POLICY

Any purchase you make in https://joyeriaonlinepriority.com, for an order greater than 50 euros will have free shipping costs, only in Iberian Peninsula.

The express transport company of parcels and documentation NACEX, is in charge of our shipments. Delivery time is 24-48 working hours in Iberian Peninsula.

Shipments made outside of Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, European Union Countries) will have a cost of 15 euros, we do not currently ship to countries that do not belong to the European Union. The delivery time of these orders will be 5 working days after receiving the same.

In the case of custom jewelry the delivery time will be between 7 and 15 days. You can find out the status of your order by sending an email to:  info@joyeriaonlinepriority.com

For purchases less than 50 euros, the shipping costs are 5 euros.

RETURN POLICY

Not satisfied with your jewel? Don't you make up your mind? Don't worry, you have 15 days since you received the jewel to decide. If you decide not to keep it you have the option to make a return as long as the jewel is in perfect condition and unused.

If you want to make a change or return write us an email to the following address: info@joyeriaonlinepriority.com. We will contact you and show you the steps to follow. We'll send you a courier to pick up the package. Once we receive it and verify its content, we will proceed to send you the new product or refund the purchase amount in the same way as the payment was made and within 7 working days of receipt. For us to accept the return you must always send the jewel in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns of engraved or custom products, except for manufacturing defect.

From the total amount of the return, as long as it is not due to a defect in the piece, we will deduct the 5€ shipping costs we have incurred to send you the order.
